Week(s) In The Life (Summer)

So, I am going to see if I can write a blog post in under 10 minutes. Summer is crazy busy for us. So busy, even the girls are getting burned out of pizza for dinner. :0

So, here we go.

Garden planted. Great strawberry harvest.

I read the book: Baby Doll by Hollie Overton in 2 days. I just couldn’t put it down. The same can be said about: A Room with a View by E.M. Forster. I love, loved the movie. I am reading: Howards End now.

Yes, going to the movies. Still talking about Wonder Woman.

Swimming, swimming, swimming.

Kids Bowl Free and a family pass.

I liked your post! Easy to read 🙂 I will check out the book Baby Doll, looks like something I would like. I’m also interested in reading E.M. Forster when I want something a little more high-brow, pretty sure I own some of them. And I want to take my boys to see Wonder Woman… I think boys should probably see it too.

At first, I thought Baby Doll was going to be like the Novel Room. The first chapter is where the similarities end. I loved A Room with a View. It took me a bit of getting use to Forster’s writing. He is kind of choppy. I loved all the little messages; my copy has lots of highlighted pages. I had to get away from thrillers and it was the perfect read. Yes, do see Wonder Woman. It was very balanced. My husband loved it.
